The car wash machine was not working 100% again and was not told when I paid , have had this issue before and they charged me full price. !! I want a complete car wash not a good way to do your customers I will discuss with the manager in person because it’s the second time and n two weeks , you need to tell people before, not wait for them to discover then complain !!

Mister car wash love this place. This guy is so great he even draws pictures on the side windows for the kiddos. Great customer service. So beyond just friendly.
Although, I have gone to this car wash for years, I was very disappointed the last time I went. The inside of my was left dusty and even dirty. I told the attendant I was not satisfied, I handed him a straw wrapper left in the car, and showed him the many uncleaned areas of the interior. He said, "Have a good day," and ushered me into the car and away. I will spend less money somewhere else and get a cleaner car from people who care. A little pricey... I paid $65 for a car wash Detail, a few places was missed in between middle console, and I noticed the one guy with Awesome detail of doing the wax, so I decided to add the wax, which I think kinda pricey, it was an extra $45 $120... they should a had a better combo... the guy that was doing my wax, he was really nice & polite friendly, also they should teach or have more purple know how to drive a stick, as mine is a stick and the guy doing the waxing had to stop and keep moving my vehicle, interrupting h... read more
Excellent service from start to finish! Was promptly greeted and assisted in finding the wash I wanted. Staff was courteous and detailed. Would definitely be going back!
I never rave about a car wash, but this place is awesome. They've nailed it with the right combo of transitional features and and forward looking, like membership and a kick ass waiting area. Kurig, wifi, clean and comfortable. Nicely done!
