wish all their locations had the sane, upgraded equipment. The one in Ocoee is in serious need of an upgrade. Their vacuum cleaners DONT suck. I ask for NO tire shine, but their machine machine dumps it all over my passenger side tires half the time. just cancelled my 2 platinum memberships, and going with the new place in Winter Garden.

stopped at the location in Ocoee today to have my car detailed, the worst service ever still have dead bugs on the front of my car, windows still dirty, with water spots and bugs, made a comment about still having dog hair in my car was informed that the could do any extra vacuum for an additional fee.They didn't even lift the middle seat up to vacuum it or the floor until I said something and had to lift it myself, the young man that was cleaning my vehicle was… See more
