Took almost 2yrs to fix broken pipe in front of my door and they DECIDE to do it at 9:00 pm. No running water nobody works in office place is a joke can't wait to move. I do not reccomend this place to nobody over priced and under privileged.
Cons: Full of off-campus college residents from August-April, located literally right next to the Dade City Rod & Gun Club (shooting range), which is open every day except Thursday from 9AM - 6PM, with constant shooting, management is constantly changing companies. Biggest complaint: Noise. From 9-6 you WILL hear the shooting at the gun range nextdoor. Especially on Saturdays and Sundays.
