My flower order was missed on the busiest flower day of the year! Which I was not upset about at all, however the owner reached out to me and was very apologetic and willing to address the issue! Love how easy it was to fix and how she treated me! Love this place and their flowers!
I placed an order Nov 4 2024 for Nov 5 pick up… I asked and it was noted to have white "pearl" color flowers for the arrangement (for neighbor’s 30th anniversary). This is not what was provided (see photos). when my husband went in to pick up the arrangement, he was told it was forgotten about and had to be made last minute. I was disappointed, firstly to have paid $72 ahead of time and to not receive what was requested and to find out the arrangement was forgotten about. Love love their flowers and their staff was super helpful. Cute boutique and a great place for fresh flowers!!
They have great flowers… just not the most responsible business. They sold me a product that was expired by over 5 months. When I realized this and attempted to return the unopened product, they informed me that they do not give refunds… even in a case where it is the store’s error and the customer has a receipt. I hate giving a negative review to a local company - and this is my first review I’ve ever given on Google or any public platform. But customers should be made aware of this type of not-entirely-honest practices.
Just received a most unique and beautiful Christmas arrangement. Everything I have seen and or received from Sweetwater has been exquisite, from design to the use of beautiful unusual flowers. Thank you for exceeding my expectations.
