Two big home-made cookies with a scoop of ice cream between them. The cookies were exactly the right texture between crisp and flexible, and the ice cream was soft enough to smoosh perfectly but still hadn't melted by the time I was done eating. Service was great and there were tons of flavor choices, including gluten-free.

Amazing place the staff is super friendly and helpful the icecream sandwiches are the best you can mix and match sandwiches and costume make it. It tasted amazing!! Will definitely come back.
