This was my third time getting a blowout with Amati. The first time was good. Second time I waited for a while then was informed she wasn’t available so someone else did the wash and then she stepped in for the blowout which was fine because both services were good. However this time I’m really disappointed and don’t think I’ll be returning. My appointment was at 2 and I was asked to wait. The best blowouts in the bay! And I've tried everywhere. Charles in particular does a fantastic job. He's extremely thorough and understands hair texture. Also, his washes are incredible. I don't see anyone leaving Sweetroots unsatisfied. Love it here.
