I love supporting local shops! Every time I go in I am greeted with a smile, the staff always has great suggestions and makes delicious drinks. I haven’t had one I didn’t like yet. The chocolate is hands down my favorite! I believe Rockford presents itself in a way that makes you want to keep coming back for more.
Tea is awesome, so are the chocolates. Staff could use a little work. I heard a lot of complaining about customers. "I couldn't wait for those annoying kids to leave!" And "I hate when those people come in here." While I do understand what it is like to be on the other side of the counter, these employees need to keep that stuff in the breakroom! (Experienced at Rockford location)

The employees are all very nice. The store is in a perfect location of downtown Rockford. The candy and coffee are delicious! I love this place!
