I used to love this location but over the past 3-4 months wait times for pickup and delivery have been getting long. Management please look into it

They are so fast with the service and have the food ready whenever I do a mobile order on the app.
Everyone here is so kind and helpful. I mainly only pick up my order, but they’re always so nice and friendly. The customer service is top notch!
This was my wife and I first time at sweetgreen and it did not live up to our expectations. Her chicken cesar wrap had no chicken, too much lemon and croutons. My wrap had entirely too much sauce on it to the point where i couldn’t taste anything else. It was soaking through the wrapper and made the wrap pretty soggy. I won’t get into my other gripes but overall not a great first impression
