Dr. Mustafa was really nice and professional
Dr Mehta is a very good doctor and he's very nice.
I have an autistic daughter that I had to spend over a week getting comfortable with going to the dentist to begin with.Then get there just to be refused away because they did not ask about your insurance and need to "validate it". Huge waste of time. And now I'm sitting here trying to calm down my daughter because she doesn't understand why she isn't getting her teeth cleaned. Will never go back here again.
Good customer service on time
I’m a regular patient at Sweet Smiles in Grafton. I had a sudden issue w/a tooth that was treated for a root canal. The clinic got me in the very next morning to see Dr. Meta (who I see in Grafton). The staff, along with himself, were outstanding! He’s one of (if not) THE BEST dentists I’ve had! He takes the time to explain everything, and make sure I’m fully aware of what is going on.
