About this business
Boxing is our specialty. We teach from ages 6 and up. Our program teaches fundamentals and advanced boxing techniques. Sweet Science offers boxing classes Monday through Thursday starting at 4pm (kids only) then at 5,pm, 6pm, and 7pm. Adult Membership is $90 a month. This includes access to all classes and gym hours. I love the Saturday 9 AM class! The coaches really take the time to make sure you're using proper form and give you a challenging workout!

If you really want to learn boxing techniques and be in excellent shape sweet science boxing is great ! It's been only 2 weeks since I signed up and I already see the difference in my body composition and I can also feel it not to mention the moves that I've learned and that really boost my self confidence! I want to thank all the couches that are helping me achieve my goals at sweet science boxing .
