Extremely disappointed. I was specific when I told exactly what we wanted for my 4 year old daughter’s haircut. Asked for long layers, only 3-4 inches off. Ended up with an uneven bob cut, with 6inches or more off. Asked the stylist to just stop cutting and I’d fix it myself, afraid she’d ruin it more. I’m a licensed cosmetologist but wanted my daughter to go to a kiddie salon. First and last! Even my daughter was sad she wouldn’t be able to tie & have her hair braided anymore.
RecommendedWife and I took our 5 year old daughter on Sunday August 19, 2018 to get her hair cut. Its about a 40 minute drive but, it was totally worth it. Courtney gave her, her 1st haircut and we have been going back to see her ever since. She did an amazing job like always and our daughter was so happy she could not stop looking at herself in the mirror when we got home. RecommendedThe girls had the diva for a day experience. Was very cute with the little pink robes and face masks!We had an ok experience. Wasn’t very happy with one of the girls who was with my youngest daughter but she still had a good time. When working with young kids patience is very important and she didn’t seem to have any by the time we had our appointment. The other girl we had was amazing! Would love to go back and work with her again!
Took my son for his first haircut with NJ who was so great. The cut was perfect and she was extremely patient with him. Since the first cut, we've been back twice and will continue to see NJ for his cuts, she does a great job!
RecommendedWe took my DD9 yesterday for a mani/pedi on our annual "back to school" shopping day. My girl could not stop smiling. Brie made her feel so special and was super gentle with her. She carried a conversation with her the whole time, which, in my opinion, was above and beyond. We will definitely go back and see Brie.
Staff was very kind and engaging with both me and my 3 year old on both of our visits. The place is a kids (mostly girls) paradise. If my daughter was old enough, we would probably visit more often, but for a boys haircut, I’d say it’s subpar. We’ve been twice, and both times have not been pleased with his hair cut. I may even just buzz his head now to get a fresh start �
I absolutely love Sweet n'Sassy!! Jenna has taken care of us the last few times and she's amazing with our daughter. She's cut her hair done different styles ( even a ballet bun for her dance recital). She'll be our stylist for my little girl's hair for quite awhile!!
Our 3 year old went with a friend for a mermaid makeover and dance party. Staff all worked hard to make sure the girls had a great time, and that they did. Will definitely be back. Keep up the good work.
