I wanted to schedule a surgery which required a ride home. The medical staff recommended Detra with Sweetremedycare and I could not have been more pleased. My appointment time had changed a few times but Detra was more than accommodating and understanding. She had an existing client and coordinated her schedule to also pick me up. I scheduled my post surgical home care through Detra who coordinated everything with ease and in a timely fashion, not to mention being extremely polite and kind throughout the entire process. My aid, Kaila, was phenomenal as well. She was so consistent with the timing of medications, icing, etc. and even helped make a quick trip to the grocery store to pick up ice packs. My family has been working with Sweet Remedy since my mother broke both hips about 2 1/2 years ago. My mother has dementia, but can still live in her own home with Sweet Remedy's help. Detra Washington, the administrator has always made sure that we get personalized care for our special situation. The people that she employees are always kind and professional. I have worked with the Owner for at least three years. The customer service is outstanding and her company is very professional . Her employees are always on time and they are very caring and professional.
