BRING CASH! No cards (Sad in 2010), and their ATM fee is crazy. Cupcakes and cinnamon roles are amazing.
Any Sweet Treat you can Imagine This place has so many options it is hard to decide what to get. But great when you have a large group of people, everyone will find something to satisfy their sweet tooth. The cookies, the cupcakes, the coffee breads, and brownies are all tasty. But one of my favorites is the gingerbread man. Yum yum.
I used to enjoy Sweet Jill's, but they must have changed owners because my last visit was disappointing. They're all of a sudden a cash only business. Hmmm...that seems legit. They have also replaced the cafe tables and chairs with somebody's salvaged livingroom furniture, which is creepy. They have replaced the cheerful, local staff with middle-aged women so challenged with simple English phrases that they choose to instead remain on the phone why they grab bland pastries from the cases. Best Cinnamon Rolls These cinnamon rolls beat Cinnabon hands down. You can get them with or without nuts and they are wonderful. This shop also has many other sweet treats to sample.
Absolutely amazing!!!! Sweet Jill's was my favorite place when I was pregnant. Our family loves the brownies covered in chocolate chip cookie dough or peanut butter cookie dough. The cream cheese frosted brownies are also a favorite. Don't miss this if you're near Belmont Shore!
