Good place for frozen yogurt
Sweet frogs is Granville wv is terrible. The customer service is absolutely horrible. The younger girls act like it’s an inconvenience to help you and do not want to be bothered by you. Will never go back there. We usually go to the one in Uniontown pa and they are always a lot more friendly. All and all the food is good
The frozen yogurt is amazing, as well as the options. It is not family friendly cost-wise and my daughter even got less toppings than usual and price was more expensive than previous. The pricing is the main and only issue with this place.
Train employees on customer service a lot more. Watching a cashier manage about 5 different conversations on FB messenger while checking out is unacceptable.

They should make sure their employees work on customer service skills a little more than talking with their boyfriend whose just hanging around during a busy time.
