I just came to town and wanted my long hair cut short. My partner wanted a buzz cut and purple color. I asked alot of questions before making the appointment. The first was do you have a stylist that will do a buzz cut they said yes no problem, so I made the appointments. When we arrived the receptionist couldn't find our appointment and seemed confused.
