I’ve worked in the food service industry for over 10 years, so I very rarely leave a bad review, I try to be understanding (this might be the first I’ve left). I gave this place 3 tries, and unfortunately I experienced the same thing every time. The first two times it took me 15 minutes to get a simple vanilla latte. Delicious espresso and yummy desserts. We loved the strawberry champagne cupcakes for Valentines day. The chocolate caramel biscotti is amazing! Cozy, cute and clean inside too.
