The second steroid injection to my hip joint (to assuage pain caused by arthritis/wear and tear on the hip joint) was performed by Dr. Sweeney. The injection was very painful (unlike the first injection I received five months earlier which was only slightly painful and produced long-lasting pain relief) and my leg was numbed so much that I could not feel it (probably because I complained about the pain). I had a second shot in my hip today (the first 3 months ago). Both were done by Dr Sweeney, who was efficient and informative. No pain with either one. I hope to have him again in 3 months!
Doctor Sweeney was an amazing help today! I had to have a bone biopsy today! He was amazing, he walked me through the entire procedure, even counting down to each process. Explaining what the pain may be like with a pain scale 1-10! I give him a 10....
