Went in today 07-19-2025 had an appointment at 12:30 pm the staff and the doctor were all amazing! So friendly and helpful! Best experience ive ever had!
I had a great experience when I last was seen here on June 17th 2025, I had Covid and was in extreme pain and I was able to get into this Immediate Care before they opened at 8:00 a.m. and I got into a room within five minutes and I was treated very nicely by the nurses who both were awesome and helped explain what I should do, I wanted a Covid pill but after learning about my medications it wouldn't be a good idea, so i was told to rest for seven plus days which I did and am way better now, but the night before I went here ... read more
This place should be ashamed of themselves. Almost $600 for self pay to be seen for an ear infection?! On top of always having to wait hours to be seen. Trust me-Go down the street to Physicians Immediate care-$175 out the door and you don’t have to call ahead to make an appointment for a WALK IN clinic and get seen right away! I was in and out of Physicians Immediate care with in 1/2hour.
We had an excellent experience at this immediate care. There was very little wait time, the receptionist was friendly and efficient, and the facility was clean and well-kept. The nurse practitioner that saw my husband was attentive and knowledgeable and the lab technician was excellent for his blood draw. We got his lab results the same day and the staff made sure we knew how to follow up and what other symptoms to watch for. If our family ever needs urgent care again, we will come to this clinic.
They got me in right away and I saw Abbey. She is super nice! I trust her care of action.
