I was going through the most difficult time with my son. As a first mom I didn’t know what was going on. So instead of taking him to SCH I took him here. Hoping they can help me! Instead I was rudely treated. I wish they really cared and understood my matter but instead they were interested in closing. I have brought my wife in twice, and we have been very satisfied with the service we received each time. My wife has been a Swedish patient for 30+ years, and this is an easy clinic to come to when her office is closed or booked and we don't need the ER. It's also nice she has all her Swedish records available for the Urgent Care staff. I know Urgent Care centers aren't perfect, but we have received excellent care here.
Lady at front desk is very patient to check me in and help me with my insurance. Nurse is very polite. Dr Singh is friendly and thorough. I was in & out in less than 25 minutes. Overall excellent experience
They do NOT treat dehydration like it says on their website. I learned this the hard way by booking an appt for this exact reason (mentioning needing an IV) and they told me they don’t have IVs AFTER they took my copay and said they couldn’t do anything.
Asked to pay the full bill up front when I went in, ended up being sent a bill months later on top of the money I already paid for what I was told was the full bill. American health care is wack, why lie about it.
