This isn't really an urgent care. We went in after a dog bite and they told us they only had one doctor and were only taking appointments that day with the next appointment being later in the day. Why even call it an urgent care if it's appointment-based?

We went to Swedish urgent care for my 1 year olds swollen ankle. When we got there we were told - “oh our xray person isn’t here so we can’t to them” okay no big deal things happen, let’s just get checked out, maybe an xray isn’t even warranted. We were seen by an NP, whose first response was “don’t you have a pediatrician?” Of course we have a pediatrician, but it’s after hours and we want to have our daughter seen tonight. She was clearly uncomfortable seeing a 1 year and wanted to punt us off to the pediatrician, she palp... read more

When I mentioned that my fiancé sweats excessively from his palms and feet, the doctor’s response was, “That’s how God made you, and you have to live with it.” My fiancé had a high fever and a painful 3-inch boil, and we were genuinely looking for medical insight into whether his excessive sweating might be related. Instead, we were met with a dismissive comment that felt unprofessional and unhelpful during a stressful time. We expected better care and empathy from a medical provider.

This is my 2nd time going to Swedish Urgent Care. Once in Renton and the other in Factoria. Both were a total waste of time. Went to the Factoria location a few days ago for an ear problem. The doctor said, "OH it looks as if you have a scratch inside." Told me to use neoprene. Then I was sent on my way. Off you go. I have since found out that I have an ear infection. Had to have medication to get rid of the infection.

I was going through the most difficult time with my son. As a first mom I didn’t know what was going on. So instead of taking him to SCH I took him here. Hoping they can help me! Instead I was rudely treated. I wish they really cared and understood my matter but instead they were interested in closing. To the point the Dr said “Why did you bring him here?”, I’m sorry aren’t you a doctor, help me? But Noo instead he discharge us… unprofessional. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE AND GO STRAIGHT TO THE ER, it was a mistake thinking th... read more
