Urgent Care at Swedish Factoria was EXCELLENT. If I could give the people and the care offered 100 stars I would. I sustained a laceration due to a careless fall, and headed to Swedish Urgent Care for I knew something this deep needed a professional. And I'm someone who does not catastrophize nor usually need alot of medical attention. This injury required that I get seen! This was imperative. Came in with no appt. Quickly accepted had a 25? Minute wait. Great nurses, assistants and doctor. Diagnosed with walking pneumonia which I already suspected. Fast efficient friendly professional treatment throughout. Got prescription prescribed with a thorough write up of instructions and results of my exam and chest XRay. I was totally impressed with all services. A Wow(!) Event. Thanks to all.

Did an online reservation. Waited an hour, was told it would be another hour, still not seen. Overheard another person was also in the same boat. Additional context: lady told me it would be another 2 hours after I had already waited 2 hours. She also had told me there was only 1 more person but then it changed to 2. I understand they are short staffed across the country. I understand that patience is required.
