Hardly any waiting time before going into exam room. Christina Chung's asst. that took vitals, is friendly, funny and professional. Totally puts you at ease. Then Christina comes in and treats you like you are her best friend that she just saw the day before. Pays attention to everything you have to say and is so warm and caring, as well as professional and knowledgeable.
The tech that drew my blood is amazing! Super personable, empathic, joyful and professional, with heavy dose of humor and a sprinkler of silly sarcasm. She made the routine and mundane memorable and uplifting.
Swedish is the best!
