I would give five stars, but I was quite upset that I was there for my annual physical and was told I could not ask any questions. Otherwise I would be charged for two appointments this to me. Seems like a bit of a scam and away for insurance companies and hospitals just to make money. The annual physical should be to discuss your health and the fact that I had to sign a disclaimer saying I would not ask any questions was quite upsetting and I refuse to sign it. Dr Roh is an excellent physician. He is always prepared and listens to me politely. I feel satisfied and in good hands discussing my rather complicated physical and mental health issues. He is always prepared and has reviewed my file prior to our appointment. Smart and kind - good traits in a Primary Care Physician.

Lynn was very professional. Yet she was attentive and met my needs through questions and answered them timely. She thoroughly check me and followed thru on meds. Thank you for being patient and having good manners. She didn’t rush me out. I felt heard.

I’m not very satisfied with the short visits these days, especially after Tylor left. Listening carefully is the most important thing for patients. I’m not sure what the standard time for each visit is, but in the past, she used to explain everything in detail. I don’t have a good memory, and when I see they are in a rush, I completely forget what I wanted to say. I have to say that Dr Roh is really respectful.
