Rushed into the ER with open wounds, so I was seen fairly quickly after checking in. They see me, we’ve got to draw blood, run pee tests apparently before they could get me stitched/glued up. I was never informed of what the tests were ran for, since I was in a foggy state of mind I did not ask much questions nor was there follow up information afterwards. Recently accompanied our family member. Front desk staff 5/5 . Kind , attentive and helpful . Once our family member was taken back - things that lacked were introductions , lack of handwashing as they come in or leave the room. The curtains were open enough that I could see there was no sanitation taking place outside where the dispenser was located .
