This hospital is very dangerous. About 6 or 7 staff members kicked my ass and placed me in restraining straps after I complained about not wanting to be placed in a mental evaluation room and wanted to leave which was my right, I signed NO papers for authorization of care. They did all of this to someone suffering extremely low potassium by the way. They also jabbed me with some anti-aggression medications in both my thighs and one thigh bled the medication out because the nurse stabbed me with the needle.
This place has become such a joke. My fiance went in and they didn't do their job at all. They ran one test and that was it just to give a bullshit diagnosis and send him home. I know there are things they could have done to help him but instead we were treated like an annoyance and sent home after waiting for 3 hours. Go anywhere else but here because they don't care about their patients at all.
The lab services are unacceptably slow. Waiting times can be over an hour and a half. Very disappointing experience.
I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment at this doctors office due to abnormal test results since mid October. They were so strict and unhelpful with my primary doctor about the receiving of my tests and it took over two months to even be allowed to schedule. They have rescheduled me twice since then and my appt has been pushed back two whole months. Process was started in October and my appointment is in June now. I expect to be rescheduled again at this point. Do not waste your time on this offices
Went to ER couldnt swallow and my left shoulder pain was unbearable. Found an argumentive doctor who actually said and I quote " You have alot of complaints" I had a total of two, neither of them were even examined. Instead he ordered a blood panel and EKG which netted nothing and an xray of my chest, not my shoulder but my chest.
