The emergency room team at Swedish did an outstanding job of caring for me after my car accident. They quickly got me in to see a doctor, did CT scans and X-rays and kept me updated and supported throughout the evening. I especially appreciate my nurse, the technician that did the scans, and my doctor. I hope you never need to go to the emergency room but if you do, this one will take good care of you.
I use this lab because I had a kidney and pancreas transplant through Swedish. I switched my primary care doctor here and got a psychologist through them. The lab has been nothing but slow and unhelpful, every time I go the people working have no idea what’s going on and it’s understaffed, I regularly wait over an hour. The Psychologist was entirely unhelpful in anyway, and my primary care doctor seems to know less about health care than I do. Do better.

I was in the Emergency Room, and I had received quick and the best atención, friendly staff at front desk and very friendly nurses, and same as Knowledgeable doctor .
Usually it doesn't take long to be seen. I was in and out in 30 min., and that's including the wait time, which was only a few minutes. Of course it helps that I was being seen for something minor, and there was nobody else in the waiting area. For sure there are times I've been there when it was really busy, and the wait was hours, but this last time was extremely quick, and I can recall a couple times in the last couple years when it was really fast and convenient to be seen there for urgent care needs.
