Years ago, I had the most abusive and unprofessional nurse I'd ever encountered while I was a patient in the ICU. Her behavior was despicable, making me wonder if she treated all patients of color the way she treated me. I hope she found another profession-- one where it is acceptable to yell at people instead of yelling at an ICU patient.

On February 16th at 3:30 am I went into the hospital 21 weeks pregnant for bleeding and lower discomfort... they checked the babies heartbeat and said I was fine and they weren’t concerned.
