Make sure the staff has proper training and equipment works. My mother suffered due to the negligence of this hospital. Which then led to her horrible death.
My wife was admitted there 12/25/2015, today is 02/20/2020 and we today received a bill for her stay. OVER four years later. In addition she went in wearing a necklace valued at over $500 and when discharged, no necklace.

The 5th floor weekend Dr has been an incredible disappointment. As a Dr he should be a leader living your mission statement and leading your teams with valor and integrity, but instead he is 3 hours late, rushing, not listening, and then tries to leave without talking. His patient is unable to get out of bed due to an underlying issue the Dr is ignoring, and all he can say is “everything looks great.” As a native who was born in this hospital and raised in Englewood (EHS Grad), I really hoped for a better experience. They did right by me with the last stroke...she is in good hands
I just recently had to have my whole pelvis rebuilt due to an accident at work. I went in do the ER a month-and-a-half later because of a fall, and unbearable pain. The PA ordered an MRI, and a cat-scan. After two hours of waiting oh, the attending came in and accuse me of Med seeking. he also told me he was putting a note in my file and that I would not be treated at a health one facility.
