My experience at Swedish Factoria Primary Care has been very disappointing due to their poor planning and scheduling. My first visit was covered by a temporary doctor in January 2024 since my primary was on maternity. As a follow up, the temp doctor ordered a lab test for me in July 2024, but the follow up orders did not make it into their system.
