Wish I saw these reviews before I came here. I am deeply disappointed by the utter lack of empathy, rigid policies, and poor patient care culture at this clinic. After waiting five and a half months for an appointment with Dr. Michael R. dr baze used the wrong pronouns for me and spent more time describing to his scribes what was going on with me than talking to me or explaining the terms he used. i won’t be back
Gave me wrong information that dermatologists do not treat urticaria. Refused to see me and insisted that I see an allergy specialist instead. When I saw another dermatologist, they had correct diagnosis and treatment.
I scheduled an appointment earlier this year in July for December 3rd. I received 3 texts 3 days prior to my appointment as reminders. I arrive today for my appointment just to be told Michael Baze is out sick. I never got a text or call about this. I was told to grab a business card and call to reschedule. I will never come back here again.
I’ve been going to Dr. Baze for years now and he is fantastic. Very thorough, approachable, and explains things well. I’ve never had any problem with the front desk staff. Took 2 months to get in but that’s just healthcare these days, no knock on the clinic itself.
