I was in from out of town and went two days in a row. I had two different teachers, both with incredible ways of teaching. The whole place was very friendly, welcoming and modern with lots of space for several yogis!

Amazing facility and great instruction. For a first class it was hard but everyone was so friendly and instructors gave great options for modifying moves. I never felt embarrassed or admonished.
It is s wonderful and welcoming place for all ages and all levels! Don't be afraid to try!!!
