I absolutely love SWEAT YOGA! The instructors are top notch & professional. The owners (a husband and wife team) are passionate about providing a place for people to come and embrace the practice of Yoga. No matter what level, there is a place for you to PRACTICE YOGA. The facility is bright, clean & inviting. Great childcare area! ~Paige

I was a comlete Yoga newbie when I started going to SWEAT in January 2014. I have enjoyed the studio and find the instructors to be very welcoming. I especially like Meredith! Her classes are challenging (of course, everything about yoga is challenging for me right now!) but I find her to be encouraging, helpful and very soothing (thank you Meredith!). I have a long way to go but I am beginning to look forward to the classes, which are helping me with stress, flexibility and joint pain. Yeah!
