Really nice and cozy place, and it’s so close to my house! I only wish they had a treadmill — I don’t really like running outside and don’t feel comfortable with it. If they add one, I’d definitely love to join them!
Heather and Caitlin were amazing! The private class was a great workout and they were so incredibly nice. Would 100% come back!
Great atmosphere friendly staff and no hidden fees.
Positive and encouraging exercising environment!!! Loved the cold plunge and sauna after a workout. Highly recommend! I will surely be back for more soon!
