I came to Key West on a family trip and this gym makes me want to move here! You can tell right away that they have built such a special and loving community and I immediately felt welcomed in with open arms. I did an open gym session and even got to meet and talk to some of the locals and it really just made my experience extraordinary compared to any other gym I’ve gone to and gotten a day pass from. Amazing gym and team. We came down for a business trip and needed an event planned. They put together an amazing 2 hours. Mobility, training, breath work, cold plunges and sauna and topped it off with smoothies. It kicked off on our trip in the perfect way. Couldn’t have been a better experience.
Great for a day pass. Did a Hyrox class, cold plunge and sauna.
