Debbie was very patient with all the questions I had, helped walk me through the loan process and estimate, and was willing to negotiate the best deal when I sought another loan estimate from my local bank. I did have to be aggressive in getting all the closing documents to give me enough time to review them before closing, but she worked with the title company to get them when I needed them.
We recently worked with Debbie and SWBC on our home loan and we couldn't be happier! Debbie is an expert and made the process so smooth and easy for us. She was very thorough with documentation and explained everything. I feel like I can call her at any time with questions and she will quickly respond. Debbie truly cares about getting people into homes.
