Excellent experience always.
The PCP is professional, builds a good connection and is addressing the health issues. However It Is challenging to find a slot for an appointments. Moreover for my sons annual, we had to see a nurse as the PCP was not available.
Dr. K is always very kind, listens intently, and has a clear, easy to understand, response to my concerns. She and her team have been very helpful in my recent health journey.
I love PMG Bethany. It has a diverse and multicultural population of both practitioners and patients. I really appreciate that.I never feel rushed. The staff makes me feel like they v have all the time in the world and is they aren't certain (May I have a 4th Covid booster?) they research it and get back to me right away!I am so happy with the care I get with in the Providence Medical network.
Dr. K is one of the best in the country. She cares about you and spend enough time to listen and care for my medical needs. Issue is and has been the scheduling. This was the same pre pandemic. I can never get an appointment to see my own PCP. Always booked weeks out. I didn't signed up to see NP's . This is a huge problem !!
