My recent experience with this medical professional was deeply disappointing. Despite multiple attempts to communicate my concerns and understand the planned procedure, I was met with dismissiveness and a lack of professionalism. Dr. Kannan is all you could ask for in a doctor. She’s an excellent dermatologist and truly cares about her patients. She always feels very present which I so appreciate. I’ve had medical, surgical and cosmetic procedures performed by her, all with outstanding results.
Dr. Kannan has been my dermatologist for a number of years. I have followed her even when she has moved practices. I’m in my mid 30s with two small kids and my face started to show it. She recommended a number of different products and within a month I saw a huge improvement. Dermatology is highly competitive so only the best make it. Then they compete for top residency training, which she has had. So many people offer skin care without these decades of training.
