I NEVER WOULD HAVE USED SWAT PC! Im a diy type of guy and daily gamer and decided to try my luck building my own PC. Her name is Lola and she is an overkill machine. I read every manuel, watched every installation guide and was sure I had everything correct. My heart sank when she didn't start up. With a hefty amount of money installed and a long trip down the reddit rabbit hole ( that essentially told me I was never going to use this PC) I finally gave in and came to swat. Brent is very knowledgeable. Great pricing, and honest. Took my son’s computer in for what I thought was going to be major repairs. He explained that it was just a software issue. Ran some tests, told me what could use some updating, but explained that it would work fine “for now”. Thanks Brent. You sir, are the wind beneath my wings.
Took our desktop in kind of a basket case(I thought)he smiled we talked for a minute and with assurance on his behalf we left. Feeling good about it.a few hours later he called "come get it it's working fine" Brent went thru it and it runs better than ever. Thank you Brent you're my hreo.Steve
