RecommendedThe veterinarians are knowledgeable and up to date. They take time to explain everything and answer any questions. From the front desk to the vet techs and everyone in between they are all truly wonderful and caring.
I would give more stars if I didn't have a bad experience with the lady working the desk. Telling me to run these tests on my kitty because if she had feline leukemia she would die anyways. How do u ay that to a person's face so coldly?
Absolutely love Dr. Pinkston! Took great care of my pup and made sure to give me more info on treatments for his collapsing trachea. Plus he made sure to make my dog comfortable with him before he started handling him!
I have been going here for 12 years. I have seen all the vets and have never been disappointed with their kindness and understanding. They - including everyone in the office have empathized with my pain when I had to say goodbye to my cats and recently my 2 sweet 12 year old dogs. Sometimes you have to wait but it is worth the top notch care. Call ahead to see how busy they are and go during off hours to help shorten your wait time. I have visited four other veterinaries in the area. This is the best by far. The staff is always friendly and courteous. They genuinely love animals. Their pricing is very good. I have had four dogs over 30-some years, and started here when it was just Dr. Pinkerston. Would recommend to everyone. The drawback is they do not have appointments. So you may have a wait. However, because they don't have appointments, if you wait you know your best friend will get in for the care that they need that day.
Best vet ever, I moved and have to drive over 30 min but still so worth it. They are so friendly and take very good care of my cats
