despite being appointment only, they were able to see mittens very quickly since it was an emergency. So far they are doing their best to help him recover. Very nice and honest vets!

Very disappointed about the "new" appointment only deal. Things seem to have changed since this place switched owners. Called for an appointment with one of my cats, stated the issue which I think is pretty urgent and I got an appointment 5 days from now after answering all kinds of questions ... We have been going here for years with all our animals... not good :(

Dr Napier is FANTASTIC. Our dog is very high maintenance and she has figured out a safe way to trim his nails, under sedation. Jenna her assistant, is just outstanding.These 2 go out of their way to make sure we feel at ease but most importantly, our elder dog, Dexter. Thank you is just NOT enough. PS: Making appointments has been much better, too. I no longer have to take a PTO day to come in and wait for hrs.
My 4 year old dog Hank had a dental yesterday! I love all the tech's and they did a wonderful job! Jamie did his dental and she did such a good job. would not take my dogs anywhere else! also thanks Dr. Susan and Dr. C.! I cant forget the front office staff. thanks for all your hard work!
