Kyle has absolutely no business dealing with the public. He is rude and unprofessional.
Unfortunately we had a very poor experience here. When my and wife and I respectfully brought up a few concerns based off a pre inspection (that we paid for) and asked for a reduction in price Kyle abruptly asked for the keys and walked out the door mid conversation. If he didn’t like the offer, I think he could have simply stated that. We are deeply disappointed in how he treated us and don’t understand the disrespect. We definitely won’t be doing business here and will be warning friends and family.
I didn't actually end up getting a vehicle but the customer service is really good. Laid back and comfortable atmosphere.
love this place! Kyle went above and beyond and was so genuine and honest. we went in not expecting to find anything within our price range and walked out with a brand new (to us) car! it's only been a couple hours but so far it is a fantastic car. great experience!
