I visited Swarovski to but a gift for my mother, and associate Lorna at Oshawa Center was really kind and helpful. Amazing Customer Service.
I had an excellent experience today with Elyse at the Oshawa Centre Swarovski store. She was very sweet and really helpful, and I was pleasantly surprised by the many beautiful jewellery options to choose from. Bought way too much because it was so difficult to choose .. early Merry Christmas to me lol.
Worst experience. Very rude ladies. They will never accept any returns and will keep making all kind of excuses. I went straight to another store and they happily accepted the return. I see similar feedback from others which shows management is not doing anything about this issue. I would strongly suggest not to buy anything from this Oshawa centre store.

Purchased an item and was told I could return it with the gift receipt within 14 days. I went back within the 14 days with my gift receipt but they told me I could not return it only an exchange or store credit. I was misinformed and now I am stuck with this item. I called customer service and they could barely help either, asked if they got my email or phone number which they also did not ask for so there’s no record.
