The consultant is not friendly! That's why I didn't even want to make a purchase, even though I was going for a certain thing! I do not even know her name, she has long dark hair
I called the store before I got there, and the seller said they were open. I drove 40 minutes, she said she was closing because all the stores were closing, I asked to be admitted because I had been driving for a long time, and she refused.
I LOVED this store location! I particularly loved DAISY. I believe she’s the assistant manager. She’s an amazing manager. Her customer service skills are 10/10. She was so incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. I have never received such great service like this before. This will DEFINITELY be my go to Swarovski location. Honestly, I can’t rave enough about her! Give her all the raises!!!
