Exceptional Service and Patient Staff! I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this location. I was working on a specific order and, unfortunately, I had some trouble communicating my needs clearly to the team. June was PHENOMENAL!!! Stopped in to kill time while I waited for my repair at Apple and made it clear to the sales associates. Usually when I tell that to a sales rep, they pay me no mind, but June treated me as if I was a VIP customer!! Her passion for the pieces and the brand was so contagious, I didn’t feel like I was just a dollar amount on a receipt.
I enjoyed my shopping experience in the Swarovski store at Walnut Creek’s Broadway Plaza. I have never google reviewed before, but I had to share that the store manager Jennifer is a delight to shop with. I do not live near Walnut Creek, but I will come back to this store because of the service I received.
This review is for June! She was so helpful and knowledgeable during my visit! I usually don’t shop at Swarovski, but I will definitely be coming back just for her. Usually when I stop in to look, the sales associates are dismissive and uninformed. It was very refreshing to be assisted by someone who saw me as more than a dollar sign.
