100% these consultants, esp the manager were snobby and rude except for one. Judging from the reviews, they seem to have discriminatory practices and corporate has not addressed this issue. I would not recommend anyone to this location. Please spend your money elsewhere.

I would absolutely not recommend this Swarovski store location to anyone. The consultants here are extremely unprofessional and rude—especially a girl with long hair (unfortunately I don’t know her name). There was a piece I really liked, so I asked the consultant attending me about the collection inspiration or the designer. To my surprise, she didn’t know anything about it. I went in with my mom to look at the jewelries. The retail person was couple steps away from us and staring at us the whole time. I've bought a couple earrings from Swarovski before. The lady made us feel like thieves. Her behavior was really odd. I wasn't treated like that in other Swarovski stores. That was a weird experience.

Their saleswomen are rude. You need to put the sign that no children allowed in this store. Without touching and seeing how to buy your products. They said do not touch they are expensive it was around $500 no Swarovski is not expensive brand it is moderate. I came from Alameda to buy a ring for my wedding anniversary. They were rude then I denied it. This location was not good.
