Go to Amazon before purchasing here!!! This is not a review of the sales person who assisted me with my purchase. She was very patient and helpful. This review is about price. I purchased a pair of green crystal earrings at this store last weekend only to find the exact same ones on Amazon for $60 less. I will never go back in this store to make another purchase and am here to warn others who think they are getting a good price at the outlet store. Nope!
Jewelry is beautiful! Customer service needs improvement. We come to this store every year while on vacation and have never encountered a problem with customer service. However, a lady named Emelina has an attitude; We did not need help picking things out, but she offered her help. When I kindly declined the bracelets and other jewelry she was offering for me to buy, she started to act with an attitude towards me. I came in for earrings and that’s what I bought. Lovely staff, super helpful and friendly!!!
Professionalism of staff and helping customers needs improvement. I went here with a friend from out of state and were so excited but both agreed the manner of the staff towards us wasn’t 5 star worthy. The product is beautiful though.
