Young man that was working at Swarovski on Saturday, yes you! Try to be a little nicer when a customer needs assistance. A hint of kindness and interest in the words coming out of my mouth intended for your ears might lead to me spending a few extra bucks. Luckily, Tiffany & Co. is literally across the street!

I just had the same experience! I walked into an empty store. I see a red-headed woman all the way in the back of the store almost hiding behind a pole talking on the phone. I give her space but try to make eye contact as I have a return and have other things to do... She looks in my direction but not at me directly. I wait and wait and wait until 10 minutes go by. Don't bother shopping in this store. Customer service is awful. I waited 20 minutes for salesgirl to finish with what sounded like a personal call. Once I was finally acknowledged I was treated as if I was bothering her even though the store was completely empty! To the snotty salesgirl with the red hair... I will not be back in your store... EVER!!!
