I wish you could choose 0 stars...I've been in the area dealing with swansons, but as of late things aren't right. I rented a uhaul and they slid extra charges that I never agreed to onto the bill. He tried to insult my intelligence until I told him that I was a manager at a uhaul, then he began to yell and argue at me. Check your receipt, they WILL overcharge you.
