***** Update 01/24/17****** This dentist is definitely the most unprofessional provider that I have ever encountered! The office called me back on 01/23/17 to tell me that they had my X-rays after all and said that I could still come in to my appointment. Since it was important that I not delay my treatment for a malfunctioning dental implant, I agreed to that. I made an appointment in November 2016 because I had a crown that was very loose and was about to fall out. They could not do anything about it at that time and said that I had to make another appointment 2 months away to get it fixed. In the meantime, they said that they would research what type of implant it was so that they could fix it. They also said that they would obtain my previous X-rays from my previous dentist. Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Was this dentist's staff friendly? Friendly Enough Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone. Were you able to relax during your appointment? Not really, I was a little uneasy

Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Kind of, I was hoping for a more thorough cleaning Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? No, I was in pain, but they said I didn't need it Did this provider have reasonable prices? Not at all, they were ridiculous!

Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? Yes! I was able to choose between watching TV or reading a magazine

Are you going to visit this provider again? Sure Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me
