I was first seen by the PA at Swann Dermatology in Hollister. She was very thorough and professional. She referred me to Dr. Swann's office in Springfield for follow-up treatment of an issue she had discovered and addressed. Dr. Swann and his Springfield staff were also very professional and thorough. Even though my issue was a minor one, they took the time to discuss my treatment options with me in detail.
This practice (never understood why that word is used) is the BEST in Springfield offering two Physician Assistants and Dr. Mike Swann's expertise to treat all your skin problems! The staff is professional, yet easily become 'like family' because of the care and concern they have towards all your needs. You can confidently turn your skin issues over to them and know they will treat you in THE best means possible tailored specifically for you.
First time there. Was very impressed. Couldn't have had better care. Would recommend them to anyone.
This was my first visit to Swann Dermatology. Everyone was very professional and caring. They took their time to explain every part of the procedure and to make sure I was comfortable. Would definitely recommend this Doctor and his staff!!

I was very impressed with my treatment by Dr. Swan and his staff. They are all professional and so nice. No swelling and no bruising. Had Mohs treatment for cancer removal on my nose. Have had it done before by another Dr. In Ft. Smith. There was no comparison. My face was black from bruising and the Dr. Was not nice at all!!! Thank you Dr. Swan and staff for renewing my faith in dermatologists!!!

Dr. Swann and staff are all very polite and friendly as well as professional. Each one introduced themselves to me by name. They also explained what they were doing as the treatment proceeded. It is good to know that if I have questions, I can call at any time. The office is very comfortable. You have made an uncomfortable experience very pleasant. Thank you!
