The owners daughter Chara Hendricks is very unprofessional. If you're looking to get a very simple cut and just an all over dark color she's great, but don't dare ask for anything complicated or creative. Blonde is defiantly not her specialty. Don't Ever start crying in her chair if you don't like something she's done. She will get so defensive and blame you bc "she never makes mistakes." She will never admit when she's wrong, and has an excuse for everything she messed up. She's lazy and complains about working all the time... read more
