Not super helpful as a woman walking in to the shop. They don’t like answering rookie questions. All 4 men staff members standing around the service desk were virtually eye rolling to each other at my questions I felt humiliated. Not exactly the Family business treatment I was expecting.
Highly recommend Swan Plumbing in Batemans Bay. They were friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. The whole process was easy and stress-free, and they took the time to explain everything clearly. Great service and would definitely use them again.
