The wait is RIDICULOUSLY long. Office staff is atrociously rude. They wait list you based on your payment in FULL before you get to see Dr and NOT based on when you sign in or your appointment time. A little backwards! Nurses are not very helpful. The doctor(s) are always overbooked. They don't really seem to know what they're doing 1/2 the time or they're avoiding their job by referring you to specialists for E V E R Y T H I N G. I did better by using research skills on the internet than the information they give.

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them. Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible
