Use to love going to this doctors office but since they joined forces with CHI I hate it this place, I’m not allowed to bring my service dog who is in training so I will no longer be seeing my Dr that I have seen for years. Dr. Swan is an excellent family physician We've been going to Dr. Swan for 10 years he's excellent at listening to you and spending time explaining things. His staff is caring and patient.
