Doctors and staff are wonderful. All my expectations are met
When I came to get set up with my first primary care appointment with this location, it was a large oversight that my primary care insurance was out of network. I have secondary insurance, though. So I asked to move forward because my health condition needs immediate attention. Attendant said that I could be seen today, but that I would need to pay for the visit out of pocket. Been going here for a long time. Staff is great but my doctor has too much on her plate. Takes a week or more to see her. Have to see a PA. Dr. Pinkerton used to be great
My wife and I love this office! The admin, nurses, and providers are all friendly and cheerful, and they provide a welcoming environment for us. During my wife’s pregnancy, we’ve especially loved Kristen and Dr. Gubor! We plan to keep bringing our little boy here once he’s born to see them. We’ve had some negative experiences with providers/admin elsewhere, so we were nervous when we started coming here, but it’s been so easy to connect and work with the people here, and we definitely feel cared for. I only stay here because I like my provider…… I also like the lab here. The billing office, front office, and answering service all have been awful for years now. I dislike navigating facility itself… this office has great providers. I have 3 providers I have seen here that I would highly recommend. Kaitlyn purlee is phenomenal. Her care team is also amazing. I wish the customer service you get when you call, or at the front desk matched the provider care. The billing office is a joke…. The operators are harsh….. front desk ... read more
