We moved over to Columbus from Fort Mitchell, and we had zero luck finding a house. We decided to give a apartment a go. We went to several properties, but swallowtail stood out. The property has a bright welcoming feel. The apartments don’t feel like a hotel. We have a nice sized porch, and a view of the pond. Our dog loves the dog park, and we were quite surprised at the size.
I just retired and moved to Georgia. We love Columbus and especially the resort style living at Swallow tail. The office staff has been so helpful.

Amazing place family friendly location...and a 0 smoke free property. From the pool to the play room to the nice hall this place has is worth every penny. Management is on point on the daily any concern you have they are on it. It only takes one time to bring an issue and it’s fixed. Very maintained property. Looking for luxury this place gives it all.
I love living here, walking, swimming, eating!!! Yuou can shop and the Mill is the place to be Now if we could only get some tennis courts and volleyball/beach volleyball � please and thank you, I'd be living here happily ever after �
