RecommendedMy husband and I have lived here since October of last year. We decided to downsize and try apartment community living. We have been super happy with our decision and Swallowtail has definitely not disappointed. Maintenance staff is very quick to respond and the office staff is very friendly and super helpful. There’s plenty of room for long walks and beautiful scenery. Definitely a pet friendly environment as well. Apartments and grounds are well maintained. I would highly recommend this community.
I lived here from 2016-2017. I moved almost 3 years ago and I still say this was the best apartment I’ve ever lived in. The amenities are unmatched. The scenery when walking was amazing. The surrounding neighborhood was under construction at the time so I can imagine what it looks like now. The pool was resort like and fun. My fam always loved to come visit from out of town and hang with me at the pool. Quiet neighborhood. Great neighbors.

Went looking around for apartments and came to Swallowtail and I have nothing but great things to say! The staff was super friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions and then some! The property is beautiful and well maintained and I love that it is a smoke free environment!
We left Swallowtail about a month and a half ago and we still miss it! Phenomenal Apartments with the staff to match. Tons of family activities and the gym beats any apartment gym I’ve ever seen. Not sure if we’ll ever find anything that competes with Swallowtail.
It is a fantastic place to live and there is always something to do from the pool to the Mill or even shopping! Swallowtail Flats has something to offer to each member of the family. It is like they have thought of everything. My kids love exploring and finding new adventures on the swings by the lake and Do Not Even get me started on how much they are in love with the slide at the mill. I highly recommend to anyone that wants that true dose of #SouthernCharm
